ABOUT THE E4 HEALTH CULTURE

Neil is a serial entrepreneur and an innovator in healthcare communications. He has been successful because he is passionate about health and wellness and patient empowerment. He also believes that the ‘science is the marketing and the marketing is the science’, that agencies must be client-centric and strive to understand and meet client needs at every level, and that challenging clients to move beyond their comfort zone can lead to amazing results. Growing up and playing rugby in New Zealand has taught Neil how to build powerful and successful teams–leading by example, mentoring and coaching, and surrounding himself with the very best talent he can find. He knows that when the culture and chemistry are right great teams perform above and beyond the sum of the talent of the individuals.
